Chef Tee’s Creamed Brussels Sprouts

Serves 4 to 6
Prep time: 5-to-10 minutes; cooking time: about 10 minutes 


  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup onions, sliced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  1. Cut each Brussels sprout in half, then slice each half into thin strips.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add shredded Brussels sprouts; cook a few minutes until starts to get tender (may need to add 1-to-2 Tbsps. water if too dry).
  3. Add Salt & Pepper, cream to Brussels sprouts; cook until wilted, heated through (about 5 minutes).
  4. Serve w/Rockfish with Asparagus & Onions.
