Chef Tee’s Minted Cantaloupe & Raspberry Salad
Makes about 3 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes; no cooking time
Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, halved, seeded and cut into ¼ -inch cubes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsps. mint, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mint blossoms
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbsps. unfiltered cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps. raw sugar (or to taste)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In large bowl, careful toss ingredients until lightly coated.
  2. Enjoy!
