Prep time: 5 minutes; cooking time: 20 minutes
- Leftover drippings from quail henin
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Leftover mushroom stuffing
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Put ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat.
- Simmer, whisk, reduce heat to low.
- Continue simmering for about 15 minutes.
- Season to taste w/Salt & Pepper.
