Brian’s Strawberries & Cream
Prep time: 15 minutes; no cooking time
- 2 pints strawberries, cleaned
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Garnishes — chopped mint, lemon zest
- In large bowl, add cream, lemon juice, vanilla; whisk by hand or w/electric hand mixer to form whipped cream (you’ll know it’s done when cream starts to thicken, soft peaks form; don’t over mix because if you do, cream will turn to butter).
- Top strawberries w/cream, garnishes.
