Brian’s Strawberries & Cream
Serves 6-to-8
Prep time: 15 minutes; no cooking time

  • 2 pints strawberries, cleaned
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Garnishes — chopped mint, lemon zest


    1. In large bowl, add cream, lemon juice, vanilla; whisk by hand or w/electric hand mixer to form whipped cream (you’ll know it’s done when cream starts to thicken, soft peaks form; don’t over mix because if you do, cream will turn to butter).
    2. Top strawberries w/cream, garnishes.
