Ingredients
- 8-to-10 chicken wings
- Salt & Pepper
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup favorite hot sauce (plus extra for dipping)
Directions
- Preheat grill to high.
- Set out meat for ½ hour to bring to room temperature.
- Season wings w/Salt & Pepper.
- Coat w/olive oil.
- Coat w/hot sauce.
- Put wings on grill, skin side down.
- Grill until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
- Wings will be done when they easily come a part, juices run clear.
- Remove from grill; serve w/extra hot sauce.
