Chef Tee’s Grilled Portabello Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2-to-4 cups baby portabello mushrooms
- ¼ cup canola oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Directions
- In large bowl, add mushrooms, canola oil, Salt & Pepper; coat mushrooms w/oil.
- Put mushrooms on hot grill.
- Drizzle little olive oil on top of mushrooms; cook 5-to-10 minutes per side or until tender.
