Chef Tee’s Minted Cantaloupe & Raspberry Salad
Makes about 3 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes; no cooking time
Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe, halved, seeded and cut into ¼ -inch cubes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 Tbsps. mint, roughly chopped
- ½ cup mint blossoms
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsps. unfiltered cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps. raw sugar (or to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In large bowl, careful toss ingredients until lightly coated.
